Hello

Rob Pitt

If you've found my website it's probably because you're interested in coaching. So my hope is to give you a brief overview of who I am and what I do, so that you can get a feel for whether you might like to work with me.

Firstly I think it's helpful to clarify what we mean by coaching, as it means different things to different people. Anyone can call themselves a "coach", and what they do can range from horse riding training, dating advice, to executive leadership development.

I do developmental coaching. Which means working with a person (or relationship/group/team), in an equal partnership, for the purpose of helping them to gain an ever deepening understanding of themselves and how they relate to the world. So they can evolve, and create more of the results that really matter to them.

I have been working in the field of learning and development since 2000, completing professional coach training in 2010. I am qualified in several coaching modalities, all accredited by the world's largest professional coaching body, the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These include Co-active Coaching (CPCC), Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC) and the Leadership Circle Profile. I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF, and I am currently on a one-year ICF and EMCC accredited Coaching Supervision Diploma with the CSA. â€‹

I work with a small number of clients, typically a mix of private clients, leaders in organisations, and relationships/teams.

If you'd like to have a conversation to explore how we might work together, please get in touch.
