Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is a partnership of equals. A safe learning space where you can reflect on your work with your clients, in a way that uses everything that happens as a doorway to deep personal learning. Allowing the way you show up as a coach (and everywhere else) to continually evolve, for the benefit of you and your clients.
Supervision is an unfortunate word as it has connotations of being "overseen" by a superior, or having your work critiqued by an expert. But in the context of coaching supervision, it means something very different. It is about seeing more. Super-vision.
I am currently on a one-year coaching supervision diploma, and I’m offering supervision at lower rates while I train. So if you are a new coach, or someone who charges lower fees, this may be a good opportunity. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss.
